Leave airport and follow signs to I 526 East (to Charleston). Stay in right lane and take I 26 East to Charleston. Remain on I-26 East to end, get into left lane for ease in turning onto Meeting Street. (note: follow signs that read "to Charleston Visitors Center/Meeting Street."). Veer right onto Meeting Street (keep going through Calhoun Avenue intersection, etc.) to Hasell Street (about 1 mile) and take a right turn onto Hasell Street. The hotel driveway/entrance is immediately on your left.
